Terms of Service & Guarantees

By using the services of Awesome Computer Repair, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Repair & Service Warranty

We stand behind our work. All hardware repairs are backed by a 30-day parts and labor warranty. If the same issue recurs due to parts failure or technician installation errors within 30 days, we will resolve it at no additional cost.

2. Diagnostic Services

Device checkups and diagnostics are free with any approved repair. If a device is checked and you decide not to proceed with the recommended repair, a standard diagnostic bench fee may apply.

3. 3D Printer Rental Staging

Public users are responsible for providing clean, print-ready STL/OBJ files. Our coordinators will assist with printer setup and filament loading, but we are not responsible for prints that fail due to file modeling issues.

4. Data Backup Responsibility

While we take every precaution to protect customer data, we strongly recommend backing up your files before checking in your device. Awesome Computer Repair is not liable for data loss occurring due to hardware failures or system corruption.
